At The Stone Pony, we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our work. Please review the following terms before submitting a piece for repair or custom work:

• Repairs on Non-Stone Pony Pieces: We are happy to work on jewelry not originally made by The Stone Pony; however, we cannot guarantee the materials used in these pieces. If a ring or other item sent for repair is found to be plated silver, structurally compromised, or otherwise unrepairable, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the repair process. Additionally, if a stone breaks during work, The Stone Pony is not liable for replacement.
• Warranty Coverage: We warranty our craftsmanship, but normal wear and tear is not covered. Over time, metals and stones naturally experience stress, and we cannot be responsible for damage caused by regular use.
• Ring Resizing: We can safely stretch rings up to a half size. If a ring is too large, resizing may require additional work and will incur extra costs.
• Custom Orders: Once a custom piece is finalized and approved, it is non-refundable. Any modifications requested after completion may result in additional charges.
