I hereby acknowledge and agree that my participation in the The Stone Pony LLC – Silversmith Workshop ("Event") is voluntary.
I acknowledge that participating in the Event is potentially hazardous and presents health risks. I assume all risks associated with participating in the Event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, walls, and/or fixtures, strains and other injuries, burns, and other risks known or not known to me at this time. I further agree that it is my responsibility to determine whether I should participate in the Event considering my current physical and mental health conditions.
I consent to provide The Stone Pony LLC with my email address, name, and phone number so that The Stone Pony may contact me regarding the results of the Event.
In consideration of participating in the Event, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might bring claims on my behalf, covenant not to sue or otherwise make any claims against The Stone Pony LLC, and waive, release, and discharge The Stone Pony LLC, its respective directors, officer, agent, employees, the Event organizers, volunteers, and other participants in the Event, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in the course of participating in the Event. This Release and Waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.
I grant permission to The Stone Pony LLC to use my image (photographs and/or video) for use in media publications including video, email, brochures, newsletters, general publications, website and/or affiliates, and social media. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature on this document. By selecting “I agree” using any device, means, or action, I consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this document.
