REFUNDS

There are no refunds on pieces made during a workshop. We are happy to resize or offer a one-time design change for a fee. 

Refund for any retail pieces or merchandise is for store credit only.

CANCELLATIONS

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $25 cancellation fee per person.
• No-shows will incur a $25 no-show fee per person.
• We book our instructors based on the number in your party.
• Unannounced extras won’t be accommodated.
